Donaldson & Associates was founded in 1988. This concept was born when Donaldson & Associates, Inc. was structured to provide stability to our manufacturer, distributor and retail partners. Dan Rogers and Greg Gershon’s joint ownership structure and guidance is founded on meeting the goals of the manufacturer. This philosophy has proved successful throughout the years.

The agency continues to grow for our manufacturers and our customers. This growth has been achieved through a partner relationship with our manufacturers and by reinvesting our resources in computer technology, peripherals, manpower and our office space designed with merchandising, marketing and conference capabilities.
